During a service visit late Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled a service visit for mid October and I arrived promptly for my appointment. I was informed that not all the parts were available and I would have to come back. I may accept the parts shortage but NOT the dealership not calling me before hand. Interesting that most of the reviews are positive. NOT my experience and will share the facts. During a scheduled service visit this Summer I was informed that I needed new brakes and rotors. I scheduled an appointment which was for 2 weeks ago. I arrived promptly and very soon later was informed that "somehow" not all the parts were available.
