Scheduling appointment for the Sprinter van made easy. Service personnel figured the problem and fixed. Video was a nice touch.
Adam helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of my vans service.
Our brake light went on in our sprinter & we called Wilsonville Mercedes. They got us in the next day & replaced our front brakes and rotors. Adam our service advisor was amazing. He answered all our general questions about sprinters and specific questions about our sprinter. The time and patience that Adam gave was immeasurable. They made sure we had transportation so we had a loaner. We really appreciate MB Wilsonville and will continue to have our service completed there.
Ariel was extremely accommodating and flexible helping me solve my NOx sensor issue on my Sprinter, after I self-installed the wrong part.
