Overall okay experience. I worked with Matthew, leased a SUV. Communication wasn't great, I've had my SUV 4-5 months, still haven't received the second key. I've been ignored multiple times and my last few emails and texts have gone unanswered. The reason I gave it 3 starts is because I do have the SUV in a relatively timely manner. The plates took 2-3 months to be sent by them which was also an issue, and involved significant follow-up on my end to get done.
Daniel Malone at MB of WP is an outstanding professional! I needed a new car but wasn't looking forward to all the potential hassles of the buying process. Dan's expertise and straightforward style made every step smooth and stress-free.
I appreciated the complimentary refreshments offered at White Plains. However, the valet parking service was inefficient and kept me waiting.

Totally disappointed with their valet service. They were rude and removed my charger as well
