If you see this ad, it is a COMPLETE LIE in White Plains. We just visited the dealership and met with representative FRANK CROSBY. The meeting lasted about 15 minutes, and we were bombarded with complete lies and negligence from his part. We confronted him about the monthly lease cost for the GLE 350 2026, and he claimed that price was with $11,000 down, when in the ad it CLEARLY states that $6,076 is the down payment. I recently purchased a C300 from this dealership, and my experience was excellent. Our salesperson, Jeff, was very friendly, professional, and always responsive. He promptly returned my messages and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even after the purchase, he followed up with me and ensured that my title and registration were delivered overnight via FedEx. His timing and attention to detail were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Jeff in particular, to friends and family.
Jefferson Almonte sales guy is the worst representative. He doesn't know how to talk to costumer, very rude and unprofessional.
