I was charged $746.65 to replace a battery, including two full hours of labor. Battery replacement is typically a straightforward service. Charging two hours of labor for this job appears unreasonable and significantly inflated. I feel the pricing was not aligned with the actual scope of work. I would strongly recommend asking for a clear estimate in writing and questioning labor time before authorizing repairs. If you need a new battery, I would suggest taking the car elsewhere. Very disappointed in the value provided.

Terrible Experience. Bought a car in September. Canceled 2 warranties 2 days later (within time frame) and still have not received the money. Manager has never returned my emails. They tell me they can't call the warranty department. They can only email them. It says it is "in process". I can't believe they are in business. I have never had a worse experience. I also can't believe the stars they get. They must delete the bad ones. I have never written a review before but felt compelled.
BUYER BE AWARE Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood and later found out the automobile was involved in a car accident and sustained frame damage. Furthermore, the car was fixed in the Prime collision center in which Prime motor group owns along with Mercedes Benz Westwood, then re-conditioned the vehicle for resale at their facility in Westwood, so the vehicle never left their possession. Complete rip-off!! I recently got my MB S430 serviced at this car dealer. My service advisor, Alfred Erdos, was more like sleazy car salesman than a service advisor. First he overcharged with for a diagnostic service. Then he gave me an inflated cost estimate of $2600 for replacing the ignition module. And he made excuses whenever I asked for detailed explanation of price or estimate.
