Staff was very nice and accommodating while waiting 9 days for warranty claims process. Technician found the issue w my car when other shops could not. They provided me with a courtesy loaner while waiting for warranty to decide on my claim. Although I do not recommend the warranty company Endurance. The staff did all they could to give me a Mercedes world class experience. Thank you to Yvonne who was my advisor.
Came in for a scheduled appointment for a car safety inspection. Requested for car wash also and everything was done within 2 hours. As was expected, everything went smoothly. Thanks
