I have been a customer since 1998. Jim and Matt is the reason I have stayed. I needed a tow and Jim advised me to call Mercedes Benz for a free tow. He also showed me the number on my sun visor for easy access. I also had a list of other things that needed to be done but he has a way of explaining things so that I don't get overwhelmed. He told me they all needed to be done but maybe just try doing one at a time starting from most important. Everyone just don't have that level of compassion. Usually Mercedes dealers go above and beyond. I used several Mercedes dealerships before and all have been 5 stars. The unwillingness to help of this dealership was just mind blowing. I’ve an Airstream Sprinter van and was on my way from Tampa to Dallas. I had electrical issues and just barely made it to this dealership. They just told me that the sprinter mechanic wouldn’t be available and send me back on the road. A Sprinter isn’t that much different guys! Mercedes in Dallas figured it out immediately.
