Usually Mercedes dealers go above and beyond. I used several Mercedes dealerships before and all have been 5 stars. The unwillingness to help of this dealership was just mind blowing. I’ve an Airstream Sprinter van and was on my way from Tampa to Dallas. I had electrical issues and just barely made it to this dealership. They just told me that the sprinter mechanic wouldn’t be available and send me back on the road. A Sprinter isn’t that much different guys! Mercedes in Dallas figured it out immediately.
