High fee charged. It charged nearly $400 only for the diagnosis for the engine. Bad Experience for sure.

I was greeted as I pulled into the service bay and escorted to a Service Manager who checked in my GLE350 for a NYS Inspection. The check in was quick and the service was completed within reasonable time. I enjoyed the comfort of their front waiting area which has a fireplace. Overall a good experience!
