Mercedes has a great staff in the service department, very knowledgeable and respectful for the needs of the customer
Sami in the service center is very courteous. We appreciate the communication on appointments and service status. Very informative, appreciate how thorough the service mechanics are with work performed.
Overall it was a good experience, everyone was friendly and they got my in for my service. I would definitely make the drive to St. George rather go to the mercedes dealer in Vegas
