I want to first say that my car buying experience was great. ******************* Mr. ****** and Mr. ***** were the very best in helping me get my dream vehicle. However, the experience after buying my car has been nothing less than discourteous and prolonged. I would say specifically that **** (title services/management) is the absolute WORST! Since speaking with her at the end of April 2022, I am just now receiving an owed payment to my account from the dealership due to overcharge in the amount of taxes that was financed. ... read more
