My experience at Mercedes of Saint Charles is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was very attentive, and they were fully stocked with many choices. Mark was my salesman and he listened to everything that I was looking for and flawlessly delivered. I went back the next day to get a full demonstration on the mechanics of the car, (can’t remember his name) but he was very thorough and professional. I highly recommended this dealership if you are in the market for a Mercedes!
Wouldn’t buy from anyone else
We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had an excellent experience. The car we purchased had some issues that came up during the test drive (it was NOT a Mercedes) and we all assumed it was a harmless thing, but ultimately it required some new parts and time in the shop.
