Avoid this dealership at all costs they do not care about their customers. I have a new Mercedes with about 4000 miles on it that they’re refusing to take care of super bad experience.
This is our third car we've bought from Francesco. Every time he has gone above and beyond by answering all our questions and being patient with us! This most recent purchase he stayed two hours past his work time in order for us to get our financing squared away. He is personable, friendly, and very professional.
Overall great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Robert and Sarah and the rest of the team were great. Love the car I bought from them a couple months ago- no complaints whatsoever.
I am new to Mercedes ownership. I bought a GLA used from a Toyota dealer. It is 2019, i was unable to hook up to the computer because I was not the administrator of the car. I drove to Spokane Mercedes to see if they could help. I was extremely impressed!! I went to service and asked if they could help me.
