Riley followed up with my wife and I and kept us updated on looking for a new GLS 450. We stopped by a MB dealership in Bellevue , Wa. And the salesman never followed up with us. Riley did and he got the business. A really easy process to buy a vehicle.

They will say and do anything to get the sale, and then the first time you need them, they will tell you there’s nothing they can do. They do not value their customers. They only care when there is a dollar to be made. Buyers beware.
