My service was excellent! Linda is my service person. Not only is she thorough in explaining my car needs, she communicated my cars progress on a daily basis. Linda is professional and I am pleased with the customer service I received.
I came to purchase a vehicle. I stay, and return, because of Frank Perri. He is the most thoughtful, competent, friendly and experienced service advisor I have ever had. AutoNation is lucky to have him. If he ever retires, I do not know what I will do. Over the years, Frank has become far more than a service advisor, he has become a friend.
