Professional experience
I ordered a new 2026 Mercedes AMG in September 2025 and it just arrived in early June 2026. So that part of the process was disappointing. My experience on vehicle pick-up was better. The sales advisor and the product specialist were both outstanding. I hope to have a great service experience with them in the future.
Recently I sold my 2023 Kia carnival to this dealership. As I’m out of town for 3 months, I really appreciate the salesman contact with me once in a while to keep me informed about our appointment. Once I back in town I set up the appointment with them and get a really good price to sell my car to the dealership. He explained to me how the used car market demands and help me to get the price that I’m looking for ( after back and forth with the manager).
