Katie did an excellent job in going for a test drive so I could show her what the problem I had with the car and afterwards her taking the time in finding the other problems that I didn’t know existed. It seems she went above and beyond in what I’m not used to in getting my car serviced. I appreciated the personable care she took to ensure that my car was taken care of and the problems I had was corrected. We purchased a EQS 450+ from Kirby Chase this week and traded in 2 vehicles at the same time. It took about a day, but we were able to come to a fair price and are happy with the experience! Kirby even made sure we had an adorable Mercedes hat when we asked! (It truly is the small things sometimes!) Huge shout out to Kirby and her diligence in the details. this is a two part review. I bought my car at this physical location when it was owned by Schwikert. The guys there sucked and they sold me some internal pain and interior protection plan that only works at their location, was supposed to be for at least 2 years if not the length of the lease, and it was only 12m long and you could only get it fixed there. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership on **February 13, 2026**, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Within **one hour of leaving the dealership**, the **oil light turned on**. I contacted the salesperson immediately and checked the oil myself once I arrived at my destination.
