From the time I made my appointment ,dropped my vehicle off for diagnosis and repair til the time I picked up my vehicle was a first class experience.My service writer (Slader) was polite knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was going on. Thank you Slader for taking care of my problem so quickly. I’m 75 years old and been to a lot of dealerships over the years but by far Mercedez Benz of South Austin is the best and are very customer oriented.
