I highly regret bringing my vehicle to this service center—a decision I will most certainly not repeat. Mercedes owners would be well advised to seek service elsewhere, as I cannot recommend this location. Should you have no other options, I strongly suggest requesting a different advisor if assigned to Anthony. The only positive experience was the courteous staff member who arranged my loaner vehicle; beyond that, I would strongly advise against using this facility. You have been warned.
Very professional and knowledgeable a year ago but seems a lot as changed. I had an appt last week 8/27/25 and was texted an hour before coming that a loaner car was not available. I replied let me know when one might be available and never heard back. I called and left a voicemail, no return. I had to go in person a week later , to an empty service desk, track down a service manager to make another appointment.
