It was a great experience overall! Austin, our sales agent was very helpful and kind. The dealership was also well organized and fancy. Negotiation and financial process went smoothly although it took them time (4d) to technically upload and verify documents as for first buyers. I would definitely recommend visiting but you’d highly likely end up falling in love or leaving with one
My overall experience with Mercedes-Benz South Austin was unfortunately not a good one. I do want to give a special shoutout to Chris Lewallen, who was amazing throughout the process. He took the time to help me choose the right vehicle, listened to what I needed, and genuinely tried to work with me on the numbers. I really appreciate the time and effort he put in. My S class was dropped off for an oil change service, got billed an additional $450 for a diagnostic checkup of the AC which apparently has no issues
