Very professional and knowledgeable a year ago but seems a lot as changed. I had an appt last week 8/27/25 and was texted an hour before coming that a loaner car was not available. I replied let me know when one might be available and never heard back. I called and left a voicemail, no return. I had to go in person a week later , to an empty service desk, track down a service manager to make another appointment. From the time I made my appointment ,dropped my vehicle off for diagnosis and repair til the time I picked up my vehicle was a first class experience.My service writer (Slader) was polite knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was going on. Thank you Slader for taking care of my problem so quickly. I’m 75 years old and been to a lot of dealerships over the years but by far Mercedez Benz of South Austin is the best and are very customer oriented.
