My visit to the Mercedes Benz of Shreveport was very good... my service was on time and I was informed in detail about the condition of my vehicle. I had to order a part for completion of my service, I'm not sure when that part will arrive.
I brought my GLE 350 for schedule B1 maintenance and as an added service my car was washed. I did not know that I could have requested not to have my car washed because I would have. It was washed and shined yesterday and whoever washed it did not dry it off with a towel. It now has water runs spots on it.
