Monday I bought a used car from the Mercedes dealership in Shreveport, LA by the time I hit the interstate my tire sensor light came on I called my salesman Keegan , he said “it’s probably just the tire sensor light needs to be reset bc they checked everything on car & said he would send me a video on how to do it when I got home.” Well I couldn’t reset it for nothing after multiple try’s! He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
My father is restoring a 1998 Mercedes. We had it towed here to get the codes cleared out of it, and they told us it needed a new battery before they could do anything to it. My dad brought a brand new battery from Longview to Shreveport. Then they told us the battery must have touched the frame of the car because it's no good. They wanted to charge us double what we agreed to even look at it. So we paid $200 to have it towed back home. The second the tow driver dropped it off, the car started right up.
