My Service Advisor was Lamar Jackson of Mercedes Benz, Shreveport. His Courteous and Customer Oriented Professionalism should be the Model for Every Dealership at Mercedes Benz in America. I want to also mention the Service Director, Cedrick Milton. As a person that works in Management, I really admire and appreciate the way that Cedric and his staff took care of me and my automotive needs.
The customer service has gone down the drain. I’ve had 2 subpar experiences here which has made me not want to return. Most recently, I’ve been calling to try and schedule a service and set up a loner. I keep being told “i have to get the request approved/denied by my manager and I’ll give you a call back” it’s been a 2-3 weeks now and still no call back. A close friend of mine attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership. She made contact with the salesman and found a vehicle she desired to purchase. The salesman collected her information and began running credit. Over a period of days my friend’s credit was run multiple times, however the salesman refused to reconnect with her. I reached out to a sales associate about purchasing a vehicle and authorized a credit check. Unfortunately, my credit was run multiple times, yet I received very little communication afterward. I repeatedly texted, called, and followed up, but received no responses. Because I wasn’t getting anywhere with the sales associate, I contacted the sales manager for assistance.
