I bring my old school Mercedes to this dealership for maintenance once a year. Katie (service advisor) and Adam are fantastic, they provide great customer service and are very professional. They mean business and take good care of the customers. I cannot thank them enough for their great service. They deserve a raise.

He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. I recently went in to purchase a car, and had the worst buying experience ever. As we were on our test drive, and extremely confident in purchasing the car, another couple was finishing up their purchase on that exact car. We weren’t informed of this at all, and had already decided to buy and were going through the final steps when we were finally informed. This is all Sandra’s fault.
