I called Salisbury Mercedes late Saturday afternoon, and Kainat answered the call. I had questions about the service costs for pads and rotors. She handled the call professionally and asked for my car VIN and if I had ever been in for service before. I told her no, it would be my first time. This was the worse experience that I've ever had at a so called professional business. They put things on your car that you didn't ask for then charge you for it, they overcharge you for the poor work that you receive. I went there to get a leak fixed and to get my heat working properly but ended up with brake pads & rotors put on but still no heat. I paid over $3,000 for 2 hoses that probably wasn't bad and brake pads and rotors that i could have gotten off of Amazon for $160. I'm so disappointed in the service that I recei... read more
