Had a great experience buying a tacoma from toyota at pohanka (sister store to mercedes) from the most amazing employee they have-Kevin. He took good care of me and made sure trading in my car was a smooth process. He spent over 4 hours making sure i left with a new car. One of a kind. Also thank you to Jimmy at Toyota and the financing sales manager at toyota.( Forgot her name sadly but she was great ! )
Great service and friendly place. On time when said it would be done. Kevin Dean gives great service after the sale and always there for you. He always returns your calls and I have worked with him for over 20 years.
I made an appointment on Wednesday for the following Monday and dropped my vehicle off at 8am with the understanding that I would need it back and of business day. Around 3:30 I called to check the progress only to be told that they hadn’t even looked at it and wouldn’t have time to that day. I was told that they were too busy to look at it.
