I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and to say that my customer experience was unsatisfactory is an understatement. When I arrived at 10am, I was informed that no loaner vehicles were available. I was told my routine scheduled appointment would be 2 hours but ended up being 4 hours. After approximately 2+ hours of waiting for my car, Service advisor Ryan advised of an emergency on the line.
