Very friendly good guys working there i like it
Customer Service was excellent, however keeping my vehicle overnight (twice) for a Maintenance Service is concerning. I've driven Mercedes since 2008, and have ALWAYS picked up after work. The facility is wonderful!
I bought a Mercedes van for my business thinking I was upgrading to something dependable and professional. It’s been the exact opposite. The van has spent more time sitting behind the service department than it has actually being on the road making money. When it runs, it’s great.
