I normally dont leave reviews just because, and i dont have time for all this, but rocklin mercedes benz made me do this. im so so disappointed with Rocklin mercedes benz. I think they are playing games and doing things like this on purpose. I have driven Mercedes since my very first car at the age of 16. I purchased my most recent car from Von Housen and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. In comes Envision. I assumed most of the staff would be the same and the service level would not change. WRONG. When initially purchasing a vehicle for my wife I had some exterior touch up done and they had my car for 3 weeks post purchase for something that could have been done in one-two days max. Just three days after purchasing my vehicle, the battery went out—a disappointing surprise for what should have been a premium buying experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR. I paid for warranty coverage, and instead of honoring it, they: Held my Mercedes for over 1 YEAR!!! Without a valid reason – causing extreme inconvenience and financial strain. ENGINE DISASSEMBLED – leaving it completely undriveable. Denied coverage in bad faith – despite clear warranty terms. This is unprofessional, deceptive, and possibly illegal.
