I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They seemed very sneaky and dishonest. A couple examples-they tried to charge me a $1200 transportation fee for them to get the vehicle I wanted from another California dealership. Then, after “out the door price” had been negotiated, and I was about to close the deal, they said, “FYI, there is a non-negotiable $1500 charge for Zurich Shield”. I have taken my 2012 ml 350 to them 3 times under outside warranty. All three times I had to take it back because their mechanics messed up and didn’t fix it correctly or my adviser messed up. Well this time was the final time I will deal with this Mercedes of Rocklin Wayne my service advisor messed up on a bill when I picked it up and charge me a co-pay of $100. Kenny at the Service Center in Rocklin provided EXCELLENT service when I stopped in unexpectedly. He resolved my issue quickly and professionally. It was also nice to see how clean and organized their service department was. Thank you!
STAY AWAY!!!! Never purchase from anything this dealer! They wrecked our vehicle during the purchase and said nothing until we saw the vehicle. Lied about who wrecked it. Assured us they would take care of us. The partial repairs done were horrible! There is zero customer service once the sale is completed. They are refusing to rectify their error. Too bad there isn't an option for 0 stars
