Schedule A service for my 2021 LTV Unity MB motorhome. Greg, the service advisor, walked me through the list of what COULD be done and what SHOULD be done. He also alerted me to a 4th of July coupon with a $250 discount for a service costing more than $1,000. Work was completed sooner than expected.
If you have a Sprinter and need service done, this is the place to go. After having a poor experience with a dealer Oregon, Greg in service was able to take care of my challenges and get me back on the road! If I could give more stars I would!
I would strongly advise against doing business with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. While my salesperson, Chris, was very nice to work with, his colleagues were the opposite. High pressure sales tactics and defensive responses should have been big red flags. June of 2026 I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and also purchased an extended warranty which I was told would cover bumper to bumper. Truck has about 3,500 miles so almost new.
