I am 55 and have purchased many vehicles over the years. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Roanoke was the best vehicle purchase experience ever! Carol Thompson has years of experience so she was very knowledgeable and efficient but even more importantly she has the most wonderful personality! The store manager and finance manager were also great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this dealership!
