I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from the Mercedes-Benz of Richmond service department on Broad Street, specifically from service agent Summer Price. I’ve owned two brand-new Mercedes vehicles (a GLK350 and a GLS450), and I’ve never experienced service this unprofessional or unnecessarily difficult.
