**** outright lied to me and sold a used car right out from under me despite giving me the final price, having my checkbook out ready to pay cash, and telling me I could pay when the car arrived. I was smelling something from my AC that was making me sick. I just purchased the vehicle June 30 and 9500 miles on it. They had the audacity to call me and say the service they needed to perform wasnt covered under warranty. I had to opt to use one of my pre-paid maintenance packages to get the service done which didnt seem right to me at all. My Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is under warranty and Mercedes-Benz of Reno has lied and said it is not multiple times. When I brought my van over for warranty work they said since i live in California it is not covered and that is not true. They would not release my van until i paid $186.44 They flat out stole money from me and lied. Also Mercedes-Benz corporate in Atlanta was not helpful at all either.
