MB Princeton - an Excellent Bunch! Guy Bertone and the entire team over at MB Princeton ROCK! We flew from Houston, Texas to get a Mercedes ML from them because we couldn't find the deal and willingness to do business at any of the MB dealerships in Houston. This is our second ML we got from them! Will get my third and forth and fifth and sixth...... well, you get the idea!! :)
Gave me the best price! Mercedez Benz of Princeton, also known as Princeton Motorsport, gave me the best deal for my Mercedes. I shopped around at another dealer more north of Princeton and even that salesman couldn't believe the deal I was getting. They even bent over backwards to get me the color I wanted by doing a trade with another dealer.
Great customer service I originally took my car to MB Princeton to be serviced, however my car needed extensive work and I was advised by Maureen (in service) that it would be best to purchase a new car. She recommended Patrick to me and it was the start of a wonderful experience. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions no matter how menial. He did all he could to get me the car I wanted at an affordable price in a customer oriented approach. I know this is my first car from this place but not the last one. Amazing service also from front desk to all steps on the way!
Great Experience! I just took delivery of my MB E 400 Wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Princeton, and was extremely impressed by the whole process, but particularly by my Sales Associate, Arno Orsini. Arno was very easy to work with. Whereas the typical new car buying experience is adversarial (you against the dealer) Arno, made it actually enjoyable. The worst car shopping experience ever! As a person who has been to this dealership four times in the past two weeks, I advice others not to waste your time or hard earned cash! I had the WORST experience dealing with Frank O'Grady! Not only has he treated my husband and I disrespectfully, he has also failed to communicate and do his job well.
