I've only dealt with Brianna in parts so thats what this 5 star review is for, they are amazing to work with, fast and on point.
Lied about replacing a simple push button for a window. There are t plenty of videos on how to do it simply. They said the whole pad must be replaced. Didn’t even ask me any information but was quick to try and charge $100 - $130. Part is $10 and takes seconds to pop off with a flat head screwdriver.

I just purchased my third car from MB of Portsmouth. I primarily worked with Roger who made the buying process exceptionally easy. Roger was extremely helpful, taking care of some minor issues with my pre-owned Lexus. I find that the staff is extremely accommodating with customer service being their number 1 priority . I was able to complete the buying process in under an hour. Thanks Roger for all your help.
