I was lied to by Ted in the finance deppartment who told my SL 550 was covered by the extended warranty when I paid him the $7000 on 3-25- 25. He took the money over the phone and I thought that I could believe him. When I had an issue on 5-12-25. He had still not sent the Veritas insurance company nor me, the customer any paperwork.
