I had an awful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano, specifically with ***** *********. I brought my car in for repairs, and not only was the issue not fixed, but they tried to charge me extra for services I didnt ************ make things worse, ***** was extremely rude to both me and my wife when we questioned the charges and the poor service. As always, service advisor ***************************** went above and beyond helping me get set up for warranty coverage (once again!) on my 2021 GLE350 4Matic and got me a loaner car. I have to say though, we are highly disappointed with the quality of ********. We are sincerely apologetic for the performance of his vehicle, but do not have the ability to do anything except repair the car as per the instructions of the manufacturer. I own a 2022 GLE with 24k miles on it .. on 8/15/23 Handed the vehicle over at the Mercedes-Benz of Plano after noticing heavy vibrations on idle and engine shutdown on a freeway.Diagnosis came in after 3 days on 8/18/23 as failed piston head was the problem and is covered under warranty. senior advisor ****** suggested it would be ***** days for a repair work.Today is 8/24/23 9 days after drop-off the dealer has not provided a loaner vehicle.For a renowned brand such as ******** customers expect a respectable service , what... read more
Dropped my car on 4/11/23 for Emission repair as part of MB recall. A week later I received a detailed estimate report with total cost of $3,133.84 - indicating that their multi check system and Technician inspection revealed a few issues (engine mount, light oil leak and auxiliary battery and sway bar links. Agreed with the repair of seal as he said technician needs to bring down the engine in order to repair the emission. Mercedes Benz of Plano has the worse service department any car dealer could have. They do not care about their customer at all. Lack of cummunication is unreal!! I changed 4 tires on my car at $2,300.00 with balance and alignment at this dealer. 2 weeks later I noticed that the back tires were wearing real bad and uneven, called the service advisor which never answers a text regarding your concerns (NOT SURE WHY HE SHARES HIS CELL # IF HE DOESN'T REPLY BACK EVER) told him the car was shaking and showed him the back tires we... read more

He did complain about the tires not wearing correctly and vibrating, on June 8th he returned and we checked the tires to see if they were wearing correctly and balanced the tires again to verify they would not vibrate. Read any of the re.views left. the two below are if i wrote them myself. No return calls and follow up calls only after call several time. I made calls to the service manage D A**** as well as the Mger of the dealership. Horrible!!!Right off the bat I strongly recommend avoidance of the Ser Dept at Mercedes Benz Plano. Mercedes Benz of Plano and Mercedes Benz Warranty mislead me into thinking they replaced my transmission when they rebuilt it. I've been paying for a car that is parked in my garage since January, because it now puts my life and others in danger of an accident. Mercedes Benz of Plano drove my car out of warranty while claiming they could not diagnose the issue.
