So disappointed I didn’t get the same experience as everyone else. My first visit was for an oil change. They told me I could just wait in their little lobby while they did it. After an hour in their lobby, I went up to the desk to see how the progress had been going. They told me they were still working on my car. I looked out in the lot and my car was still in the same spot I parked it for them, untouched not being worked on. About 5-10 minutes after that they pulled the car in. I was hearing a noise on my car, stopped in off highway and I got superb service. Everyone was very friendly! 🤗
