Always excellent accommodating service.
Recent service done for my 2025 AMG at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Service manager Alberto was excellent with his explanation and delivery of service. The transition was smooth from pick up and drop off was appreciated and very efficient.
As always, the staff and my service advisor, Rafael, provided exceptional attention and service.
Over double list price for parts at your retail counter, when I questioned the parts rep he said “I can’t just sell stuff for the list price”... No thanks. Update to my review, Mercedes of North Orlando sells parts at their retail counter for the list retail price! Imagine that!
