I recently had my Mercedes Benz serviced and had a great experience overall. From the moment I dropped the car off, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Special thanks to Brian Pak, who kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. The service was thorough, the car came back looking and driving great, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting it done properly. Highly recommend this service center. Excellent customer service
My experience was excellent, my wait time was approximately 1hour to service my vehicle.The waiting area was pleasant and clean the complementary snacks and beverages was satisfying.My service consultant Marcus was professional and courteous he made me feel valued as a customer. I must say that my experience at this Mercedes Benz service center was much better than the service I received at the MB dealership in Orlando .
