This location is the best...the service advisors are worth the extra drive. I live on the island in New Smyrna Bch; that is and hour and 10 minutes to have my G Wagon serviced. It is worth the drive with the professional service and experienced technicians, I never 2nd guess my patronage to this dealership. This last visit I requested that they retrieve a "St John" jacket button that had fallen under the driver seat metal runner. This place would not be anything without Alberto who is my service advisor, and Bradley who is the only tech I would ever let touch my cars. Both of these guys are top notch in customer service and knowledge. They are a great asset to MB or Orlando.
Horrible treatment from Christian just because we had a service a email for 209, out the door we paid $249 , this car has38,000 miles and has been garaged. If you don’t want to honor an email that YOUR dealership sent out, dont send them . Never got a car wash , would never buy a car from here! Appt was at 2:30 never took car in till almost 3:30
I cam to the dealership with one complaint and I left with the same problem.
