Christian is great to work with! He responds quickly, keeps me updated as soon as he has information about my repair, and makes the whole process easy. He’s also very efficient at getting you in and out without wasting your time. I really appreciate his communication and excellent service!
My advisor was really knowledgeable. While they did not have a loaner car available during my repair they did drive me home and pick me up the next day. Check in is a bit awkward with the layout of the buildings and the waiting room lobby is small and not next to the advisors (it’s attached to the showroom). It would be nice if the flow was better and each customer is met as they drive up. I like the video of the car sent with each service explaining things from the technician.
