They try and use sales ploy on you and lie, looked at a car online to purchase noticed a spot and was told that it was only dirt, spoke with general manager who says he would take car of it. only to find out that the seat had a large hole in it and was told oh no we cleaned the spot. when looked at. you could tell it was either painted it was still damp from the product that they used to try and cover the hole. manger, sales person and general manger try and talk down to customers. horrible car dealer. i will never return an... read more
My complaint is that the dealership sold me a used car with severely worn tires. I bought a used 2020 C43 AMG with 6,500 miles. I dealt with salesman Vic ******and Wilson ******in the finance office at Orland Park. Two weeks and 600 miles later, I notice a nail in one of my rear tires. Went to another nearby Mercedes dealership to get it inspected. The tire was intact, but they informed me that every tire had very low tread (3 mm and 4 mm in the front tires and 5 mm in the rear tires). I also went to a tire service shop who ... read more

Called Mercedes Benz of Orland Park on Monday, June 15th, for a price to install a new auxiliary battery in a 2012 SL550. Was quoted $185 for installation, and $196 for the battery. The wife goes in on June 16th at 7:15 AM (the very next day) and the battery is now $240, and the installation is $203. Beware of their price quotes. Can't be trusted.
