Lance McHenry is the best!!! He has always been very consistent in the service of his customers!! I feel very fortunate to have him for my service consultant!!!
Took my GLS to them to take care of a couple of issues and they did a great job taking care of everything. Worked with Michael and he was great!
I had a very good experience working with Michael. Customer service was great, and everyone was very nice. They even cleaned my extremely dirty car, inside AND out, for free. We had a miscommunication on something else, and he was able to get me refunded with no problems or any pushback. They also Übered me home, then back when my car was done, also for free! I will be bringing my E63 back here :D
I’ve own 2 MBs and my husband also has one. Service is never a problem. They are talented, efficient and professional. Our service manager has been with us since 2010.
