I'm not going to bring my vehicle back to this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I trusted them when I brought my vehicle in that they would check the brakes before they damaged the rotors, which is part of the inspection they were supposed to do. Come to find out, they weren't, which cost me more money to have the rotors and brakes replaced. I’ve never had a bad experience there!!The staff are eager to help and answer questions. The technicians are awesome if I have a question and Lance is amazing he is so friendly and makes my appointment that’s convenient for me. Amazing Service and hospitality
Lamar Walker meet with me Saturday and helped me with some programming issues I had after the software was uploaded. He is an expert at all the systems on your cars and is a pleasure to work with.
