MBNA had trouble with my EQS. Was given Loaner. Communication was excellent. Delayed by MBNA inability to fix software problems. Car is returned after problem is fixed. 4 stars as due to MBNA not dealership .
Sam provided a great customer experience. It was nice meeting him. His communication with me was excellent. I appreciated the special rate for my alignment and a list of upcoming suggestions for future service. He has great technical knowledge and is easy to talk to. "Fraulein" and I thank you. I still "love what I drive".
The Sales Representative Grant and The Car Service from Sam were just amazing great people all around they treat you like family and friends. Most definitely will be going back to work with these guy. Very welcoming environment n had a lot of good talks with the guys that work there!
They are always so knowledgeable and kind! I love to get my car serviced there!
