This business is a rip off, they charge way to much for the repairs they are looking at doing. If you decide not to use them for the repairs they are now charging extreme high prices for diagnostic. Either way they are price gouging customers that choose to take their repairs else where because of pricing. This is a bad company I would tell anyone that ever wants to buy from them to stay clear. Go to Tulsa, Little rock or anywhere really.

Looking through the issue with our service team, it appears that your 2014 GLK with 104k miles was brought to our facility with 3 primary complaints (Infotainment Screen, Front Passenger Window, and E-Brake). The vehicle does have an extended warranty through Car Shield, and our team did communicate what the diagnostic charges would be if the requested work wasn't covered by the Car Shield warranty. Extremely unprofessional in regard to complicated service matters. When a manager hangs up, when tough service questions are asked (to get to root or issue, or try to find a resolution), this only hurts the dealer reputation. Mercedes based customer satisfaction on utilizing the dealer from which your car is purchased - do not use this dealer if you want the top lines of MB cars!
