Poor Service and unethical. My Sprinter was in and out of the Penske Mercedes of North Scottsdale repair shop for over a year and still not fixed. The service department and Jason B, the Service Manager, do not know how to fix my vehicle. After more than a year of no progress, I rated their service poorly in a customer survey, then Jason said I needed to change my survey response to be all 5 stars or he would not work on my vehicle. It was by far the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Jim Beebe went over and above with his service, communication and professionalism. He made the entire process seamless and actually fun and stress free. I was extremely impressed with his product knowledge which made me feel that I was in very good hands. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Jim.
After a very disappointing experience with another Mercedes Dealer in Scottsdale I was so thankful that we visited North Scottsdale Dealership! Solid process. Very easy transaction
My experience with the Mercedes Benz Sales was pretty good overall! The Finance experience was very smooth. However I feel that MERCEDES SALES put most of there effort into securing the Sale however responsiveness during the POST SALES is not very good. Simple follow up calls with questions is not met with the same CUSTOMER CARE given prior to Sale.. That’s an area that should be given attention in the future and could impact potential referrals.
