Joe Shannon and Nas could not have been more helpful. They answered all of my questions and did everything they could to make me feel confident in the car prior to flying across the country to execute the purchase. I had my own financing at 5.5% and Joe even beat the rate. When I arrived they had the car ready to go upfront detailed looking great. I recently had my C300 towed to Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale after it refused to start. When I called ahead, they told me that any vehicle towed in is treated as an Emergency Tow-In and given priority service which immediately put me at ease. Pedro, Jayden and Sarah and all the other staff at MB of N.Scottsdale were excellent in the way they treated me through the process of selecting and buying my new GLE580. I absolutely love my new car and am impressed thoroughly with how respectful everyone was to each other and all the customers. The training was superb and felt confident in knowing how to use all the wonderful features of my new luxury vehicle.
