Where to start. JIM BEEBE!!!!!!!! WOW. Not only did this guy get us the SUV of our dreams but we became friends. He went up and beyond to run us through the process but also remind us that he is there 24/7 (minus time asleep and with family) to help us. Excellent team from the General Manager, Michelle, to the salesperson Alondra. Very good orientation performed by tech staff on my new GLC 350 e Hybrid. Also, I had shopped prices and leases for 30 days prior to purchase, and they have the most competitive pricing. I highly recommend the dealership.
