We bought a car here for our business, the deal went well enough until we had to deal with the service department on a certified pre-owned warranty claim for transmission issues less than a month into owning the vehicle. We have had the vehicle in twice to Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, both times taking weeks for them to look at, and both times they just told us there is nothing wrong with it despite shuddering under acceleration, and harsh shifting both into and out of gear.
