Linda was very nice, informative and helpful throughout the service/work I had done.
As always exceptional service on my 24 GLC300 for the "B" service 20k miles. Linda as always went above and beyond as well as Kenny Hodgeman even sent a video of the under carraige advising everything was all good on the brakes, tires , battery .
I purchase my Mercedes Benz in 2023 My Mercedes got a flat tire about 12:00 in the afternoon .The road service never showed up I’m waiting on the highway still at 3:00 pm with my daughter - that has Down Syndrome and diabetes. Also,I just had just finished chemo therapy that same day . The area I broke down had no phone service! And I ran out of gas waiting for road service .
