I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Newton. While travelling from Canada with my family, we experienced an unexpected vehicle breakdown in New Jersey and had to bring our vehicle to this dealership for repairs. We were charged an outrageous $2,052.53, with an astonishing $1,824.70 in labour charges alone. When I decide to replace my Mercedes it usually takes weeks; time driving to dealers, looking for a sales associate and the endless B.S your given about your trades value, how about this car and the infamous " let me speak to the same manager, he can get you a great deal". My husband and I are so pleased with our new G63. The entire team at Newton is wonderful. They walked us through the process step by step and kept us updated through the entire process. Keith kept me abreast on the location of our car and John gave us significantly more for our trade than other dealerships. Both were always available to answer our questions, phone calls and texts.
