Kyler was very helpful and made sure all my punch list repairs were made. 5 stars all around, including the nice lady thst greets you in the service alley.
My experience yesterday at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans was great as usual. My car needed its annual service. I opted to wait at the dealership while they did the work. The atmosphere in the waiting area was very pleasant. I got a lot of work done on my laptop while I was waiting. The service took an appropriate amount of time and Mike Tassin was helpful as always. Many thanks to Mike, Ryan, and the team.
