My car has been in their service department for about a month with very poor communication.. I called to speak with a manager and was told he was in a meeting and I never spoke with him. My service guy Trey became upset with me stop taking my text and I didn’t get my car fix and returned like we discussed. I forgot why I passed this place up and went to the Baton Rouge location when I owned my previous vehicle. I think I remember now.
