My experience is with the service department. I own an RV built on the sprinter 3500 chassis. The quality of the services done is excellent and the people are friendly. My only negative is that I have always had to wait quite a while for a service writer to check me in. They seem to be short staffed in this area. Overall though, a very good service department.
I brought my vehicle in for repair due to an EPS and ABS light issue, along with several other concerns, including an oil leak. After a few days of waiting, I received a call indicating that the repair would be a diagnostic fee plus the $1,800 or so control module and labor to repair, which included replacing the traction control module. I was assured that this would resolve the problem. My spouse and I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of New London! Paul was extremely professional and, most importantly, very transparent throughout the entire process. Rebecca, the finance account manager, was super detailed and clear when explaining all the extra options. We ended up getting a GLE 350, and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend this dealership!
Not sure, yet, about the actual service performed (picked up on 7/30) on my S560 but the Service Advisor was absolutely one of the most unfriendly and rudest advisors I've ever dealt with. Upon arriving he proceeded to walk by me several times, which was after I was able to flag him down to let him know I had arrived...nobody else around to check you in there.
