Not sure, yet, about the actual service performed (picked up on 7/30) on my S560 but the Service Advisor was absolutely one of the most unfriendly and rudest advisors I've ever dealt with. Upon arriving he proceeded to walk by me several times, which was after I was able to flag him down to let him know I had arrived...nobody else around to check you in there. If I could give it no stars I would I have previously had work done at Greenwich and Fairfield Mercedes with my warranty seamlessly . If you are looking to get a Mercedes buy it there . I purchased a warranty to cover un forseen events they won’t let you pay deductible here because there location wants full payment from you until the warranty company pays them . I have been servicing my CLS 550 and C 300 there for years and the service center and overall staff, from the receptionist to the service manage and especially Nicholas Winks are knowledgeable and always helpful when I need service. They worked with me and MBUSA to receive an extended warranty on my C 300 and also helped with loyalty discounts at the dealership.
