I originally gave this dealership a five star review I am changing it to one star because they won't let me go below it. The place has gone downhill significantly since they got this new general manager they do not care about customers at all it's all about the money as you can see if you're a long-time customer of this dealership you can see staff that have been there for over 10 years are leaving absolutely ridiculous and rest of the staff is very rude and very unprofessional and be very careful using their service departm... read more

Very unprofessional the dealership is so worried about money and not caring about their customers to order a touch up paint you need to pay with a credit card over the phone not through a secured site or anything and the general manager is so worried about his paycheck he doesn't have enough people in the service department to keep up with the customers that are driving through the service Drive add he has managers that have been there for over 10 years leaving and going to other dealerships perhaps it's definitely the manag... read more
