I experienced very high level of above and beyond type service. Very responsive in the sales process and easy to work with.
I am pleased to modify my prior negative review of carriage house to a 5 Star. Katie(Now heading up the service dept) and her team have gone above and beyond the call despite obviously being very overloaded with work. The absolute worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Have bought 3 Mercedes from them over the years. They refuse to fix anything that’s warranty. All they say is we can’t duplicate the problem. We’ve been having electrical problems with our car for 20,000 miles and they refuse to fix it. We also had them put brand new tires on our car and an alignment and from the time we left the tires were making noise. We brought it back and they said there’s nothing wrong with them.
