**************** is unacceptable. The service manager and the service adviser are very rude and unprofessional. If I could have rated them an zero I would. I have allowed Mercedes Benz of Naperville to service my vehicle only. I have never opened my hood and why would I? That's why I have it serviced. I have spent over $20,000 just this year alone and be treated badly is just unacceptable. They broke my latch and grill during servicing. Purchased a used vehicle from MB of Naperville. The listing said I came with 2 keys. Second key could not be found at time of purchase. Since replacement keys cost over $100 on today's cars I made a point of not wanting to absorb the cost of that second key to both *********** and the finance person. Was told "not to worry that it would be taken care of" several times. Guess what...it wasn't. Now the salesman won't return my calls.

They damaged my door on my 100 thousand dollar vehicle. My car was towed in for services threw Mercedes road side and Mercedes road side takes pictures of when it was picked up and dropped off to there location. Next day as my car was getting serviced Ive received a notice on my phone stating my vehicle was involved in a collision. Go to find my door is deeply hit. They are litterally hiding from resolving this matter by not even returning a call . How dare u damage a 100K vehicle so carelessly and with the proof of damage ,... read more

f you want to pay really high prices for service, this is the place to go, after all you have a Mercedes and can afford a $300 oil change! Took my car there which was purchased from this dealer for 80,000 mile service. Blue book on the car is about $6500. It is in good shape. Check engine light was on. They determined wit would cost $3800 to make a band aid repair which may not last or definitive repair at $8000. I asked them to let me think about it for an hour, so they decided to go ahead and do the 80,000 mile maintena... read more

Service department over charges on Services . Shop Charges are added to advertised service charges for e.g A or B service They Charge you for ****** at a daily rate and advertise it as a convenience for their customers

After searching for the perfect used Acura MDX, I found one at MB of Naperville. I went in on my lunch break just to take a quick look. After speaking with Gary and Jason for a few minutes, they told me to just take the car for an extended test drive. The car was almost perfect. Left headlamp was not firing up.
