This dealership has top notch customer service. While on vacation our EQS threw a bunch of error codes and we dropped by this MB dealership in Mt Pleasant on our way to Boone Plantation. Without an appointment, we were treated like family by Don, our service advisor. He assured us that we could still enjoy our planned activity and that he would keep in touch with us as they diagnosed our vehicle. I recently purchased a beautiful Mercedes convertible from Baker Mount Pleasant! My wonderful salesman was Darren Lindsay, excellent salesman, great experience! Josh Wurdemann was the Finance Manager, got me a fantastic deal. Sam showed me all the bells and whistles, great presentation.They have gone above and beyond for the sale and follow up. I so appreciate everything these gentlemen did to make this purchase as seamless as possible for me. They are a credit to this dealership! All my future cars will be from them.
We had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant. Our salesman was Jay Rose. He was excellent from start to finish. It was a great experience in every way!
DO NOT take your car here for servicing. They tricked my wife into paying $800 for the first servicing appointment on a brand new car, when all we needed was an oil change. The second "service" appointment they tried to tell me it would be $1,500 and I said no I only want what is required for the lease, and they did a $200 oil change. The car was less than 2 years old and had under 10,000 miles and the guy called me to try to charge me $1500 for new tires, because they were "worn down". These guys are complete scam artists.
