When purchasing a new luxury vehicle you expect a certain level of customer care. I was pleasantly shocked to get this same level of care and attention when just buying a reasonably priced preowned vehicle. Jay and his fellow staff’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall willingness to go out of their way was outstanding. I would without a doubt recommend purchasing from their team. Car buying has a reputation of being a headache. Matt Soto in sales and Josh in financing flipped that narrative on its head. Me and my wife recently purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas from Mercedes-Benz of Mt. Pleasant. Let me just say, Mr. Jay Rose and Mr. Matt Soto were absolutely phenomenal to deal with.
