This was an incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish after being to many other places that tried to inundate me with gimmicks and sales tactics. Andrew in sales was great, informative without being pushy, very available for questions even during the purchase process after I left the dealer and made me feel like I was well taken care of. Thank you! I will definitely be back if ever I need another beautiful car. :)
Andrew was arrogant, rude, and downright judgmental. He kept throwing shade and hinting over and over how much “more expensive” Mercedes is than my current car, which was insulting and unnecessary. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere. Worst car dealership experience ever.
Mercedes of Morristown has a phenomenal worker named Anuli. Anuli goes out of her way, from answering the phone in a calm voice and then going above and beyond to get you where you need to be. She never puts you on hold and sends you to a voicemail. She is more than willing to listen to your concerns and find a resolution and that’s just what she did today.
