I am rewriting my review. My car showed defective breaks and charger in less than 2 months. I thought we got a great deal but we didn’t. Service doesn’t take concerns seriously. We had to keep calling service to reach someone, then finally reached a person named Willey. Mechanic told us that car has defective breaks need to be scraped bec they’re worn out even it’s new. We purchased a car and breaks and charger are defective in less than 2 months. Service is unsatisfactory. We had to call multiple times to reach someone. When we finally reached a person, the answer was “it’s not ready yet”. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Purchased AMG from this dealership and car already has an issue with breaks in less than 2 months. It is unsafe to drive but sales associate Nayeem offered for us to pay for a new car instead. He wants us to spend more money and not understanding the main issue is selling us a defective car. Also, first thing he said is you won’t qualify for Lemon Law. We didn’t even think of going through that route but we would now look into it.
