I had a wonderful experience in this location. I purchased my new car and Nayeem is the best! He was very patient to me and he is extremely knowledgeable. He explained details and assisted me throughout the process. He went above and beyond. Mike was also very helpful and kind. Not sure why they get negative reviews, but I highly recommend this location. Everyone was nice and not judgmental. We went to BMW in Morristown and they gave us so much attitude, we felt racism and discrimination. Mercedes Morristown is the BEST!
