We rarely leave reviews, yet on this one I felt it would be a disservice to fellow Sprinters to let this go. Our van suffered from a variety of mishaps there. And these were with several straightforward simple issues. We addressed the problems to management and they weren't responsive aside from an auto-generated texted survey,

Mercedes-Benz of Monterey Sprinter service was amazing. We were on a cross country trip and began limping over the 17 headed to Santa Cruz with the van topping out at 35 mph with little to no power. In a panic, we called MB Sprinter and Tyrone totally took care of us. He and his tech team took us in and immediately diagnosed the problem, expedited the part, and let us keep the van overnight while we waited. My son and I have been traveling in our Sprinter Van RV & we needed emergency service support. These folks kindly helped us out in our time of need. They got us in right away even though they were busy & did a great job! If I lived in Monterey I would bring my Sprinter to these folks for everything. Highly recommend!
