I called multiple times to schedule Sprinter service and was consistently forwarded to Commercial Vehicles voicemail. I never received a callback. I also requested assistance from the non-commercial team, but still didn’t hear back. For now, I’ll continue using my usual Bay Area service providers.
I had the best experience here! Tyrone helped me with a recall from the builder on my sprinter. The builder wasn’t very responsive but he was determined to help me out and get me on my way. He’s the most professional and helpful service advisor I’ve ever encountered. Everyone else I interacted with here was so kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend! 10/10!
New sprinter service center Monterey CA. No more wasted days driving to San Jose. Very professional and quick processing recall service campaigns. Within walking distance for Monterey warfs, beaches, kids playground, dogpark, and plenty of eaterys and entertainment.
We rarely leave reviews, yet on this one I felt it would be a disservice to fellow Sprinters to let this go. Our van suffered from a variety of mishaps there. And these were with several straightforward simple issues. We addressed the problems to management and they weren't responsive aside from an auto-generated texted survey,
