I brought my Sprinter in for an AC issue clearly present within the warranty period. What followed was a series of misdiagnoses, repeated visits, and a repair that conveniently wasn’t completed until just after the warranty mileage ticked over. Huge thanks to Sam at the sprinter service center. I had an issue while on a road trip. The team here was very helpful with diagnosing and solving the issue
I called multiple times to schedule Sprinter service and was consistently forwarded to Commercial Vehicles voicemail. I never received a callback. I also requested assistance from the non-commercial team, but still didn’t hear back. For now, I’ll continue using my usual Bay Area service providers.
