Walked in with my wife ready to purchase a new GLC. Looked at the vechile opened doors, hood, trunk of a few new ones. The car had plastic "chrome" inside and door handles were not flush. Hood sounded like a tin can when hit with fingers. The worse experience was no one came to ask if we needed help. I guess because we wore jeans we weren't serious customers! Walked out and bought a BMW. Best choice we made.

Bought a 2018 AMG GLS 63 remotely. I worked with Zach and I cannot recommend him enough. From detailed inspection of the vehicle with videos and photos, to helping me fix a dent before shipment, to facilitating shipment. Zach went above and beyond. Fantastic experience.
