I went in to get a key programmed 3 weeks and only to find out 2 weeks later that it was a problem Invoice was paid. No one called No one said anything Very unprofessional You can tell Wilder was a service tech and his new position may be a little over his head.crazy part about it. A coworker who is white came in and the same time maybe three days after me got her car within the week same issue same everything. Would not recommend this location at all only to purchase cars. Not for service if you are black please be aware
Great Service Dept. Thanks Robert and Wilder
I will NEVER go to this dealer again. Please do not waster your time and money. Bought a A220 and I have had problems ever since I bought it. The dealer didn’t want to make it right and I’m constantly spending money to get it fixed. About to file a complaint with the BBB.
Just picked up my first Mercedes Benz from non other than the Bow tie guy Seamus McNally at Mercedes Benz of midlothian. From first contact over text to the pop of the confetti cannon this was truly a great experience! Go ask for Seamus the bow tie guy for the best experience hands down!!
