Had some routine maintenance done the other day and the service staff was super friendly and welcoming. However the salesmen... I've never been disrespected to that degree at a dealership in my life. Such arrogance from the staff that even the other employees said that it was normal for them. I might was well been invisible. I'd rather go next door to BMW.
Before this dealership changed hands this last time I was a pleasure to deal with them for over 20 years. My last experience took two days to get an oil change and inspection. To top it off they want to charge me 3% to use my debit card. I’m sure they are not experiencing the same issues as restaurants. Seamus was the consummate car sales person in purchasing my new 2026 Mercedes GLC. I loved his low key approach and his affable personality. He is such an upbeat and really all around cool guy who made us laugh and smile. It was a pure joy to work with him. He went out of his way to make us feel important. You will want too buy two Mercedes!!!
Came in to look at a used vehicle wasn’t ready to buy, but after being shown the GLC 300 combining luxury and comfort I was sold. It ended up being 10 o’clock at night, but I left Happie. I left her and It wasn’t a sales experience overall. Go see Seamus the bowtie guy if you feel like you want a great car buying experience with no pressure. You can’t miss him.
Literally the worst customer service and care for peoples time. They dont answer phones, don’t call back, will have your vehicle sitting for days without communicating. U can call back to back to back. They literally wont answer or return your call. They may need more help or something. That’s a terrible business practice.
