I am an active duty service member who purchased a 2025 Mercedes CLA 250 from this dealership with a clear understanding that it would be delivered to me prior to me going on my next rotation. Terrible experience ever. The used cars are filthy. I did not feel comfortable with the used car manager, some lady, loudly talking about my credit score. And to top it off, on top of nasty used cars, their facilities are disgusting. No paper towels or soaps at the rest room. It makes me wonder if anyone knows about basic hygiene here. I would rather drive out of Midland to buy a car then deal with whatever type of management they have. Salesman was nice, but when the gentlemen helping him evaluated my trade I was offered an absurdly low number because my truck was deleted. I understand most dealers ding you but I was offered 14,000 more at a dealer in Lubbock and was able to get 12.000 more dollars for my trade at a dealership right down the road from them, and traded it in that same day. I would recommend checking other dealers in the area with your trades.
