Michelle was very helpful and took great care of all of our needs. Everything went well!
Driving by in our Winnebago on a MB Sprinter 3500 chassis when the check engine light went on. Was able to get an appointment the next morning. It took a while to get it looked at and fixed (software problem), but they did that and a recall that they found and sent us on our way before days end. A hiccup in our plans, but no real damage thanks to MB of Midland.
Terrible customer service ! 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting outside the midland mall for their shuttle service. Not sure if they got my number wrong or if I did but either way I called them 3 times to figure out if they were coming…!!! They could easily see the number I’m calling from and pass that over, Just a lot of miscommunication all around.. the drivers were super nice curly haired guy and the other one on the way back, but I’m paying you for the service on my car I expect good service to me as well!! Terrible terrible. ... read more
