Once again, they dropped the ball, and the customer is left holding the bag. I set up an appointment two weeks ago and specifically asked for a loaner during appointment setup. I called the dealership twice and left messages with my service manager. I never received a call back. I called a third time before my appointment and finally got ahold of my service manager and was told there were no loaners.
