Overall I was satisfied with the buying experience. One place the dealership can improve when selling the EV car is explaining what other gadgets and accessories came with the car, like tire pressure and repair kit, EV charger etc. I paid $800 to install the EV charger that was given to me. It turned out it was only level1 charger for emergency purposes only (not to be installed). 4 weeks later MB office sent me the real MB level 2 charger to be installed in garage. I had to pay again for taking out the level1 and installing... read more
