I recently visited Mercedes-Benz of McKinney and left very disappointed with the customer service experience. I came in simply asking for assistance setting up my Mercedes Me App. I provided my VIN number and my key, and I explained that Mercedes-Benz of Plano informed me that was all the information needed for the dealership to assist me.
