My over the phone experience was very good compared to the Seattle and Bellevue location. My first call was with Steven and he got me quotes and timeline with little to no wait. He told me there is two types of transmission services and so I called the other places which do not provide the other type of service and charge much more. When I called back I got Steven again and he was very helpful and efficient to schedule me. Will be a customer for life bc of the small over the phone details that Steven provided today.

Garrett was extremely patient and helpful with getting a 3rd party warranty claim approved for a major repair recently. Once approved the work was performed quickly and professionally. My car runs perfectly now, thanks to all involved! I appreciated Garrett’s communication throughout the process, and the access to a loaner vehicle made the whole experience smooth and painless.

Trey was a great help, very knowledgeable. I needed a B service in my Sprinter/Roadtrek. I've been going to MB Lynnwood for several years now and they never disappoint!
