Would leave zero stars if I could. Had my sprinter serviced here for 3 years. The rear axle of my van broke in FL 4 months after I had had the rear differential serviced. The MB tech in FL and the insurance adjuster said it looked like it had never been touched. When I went to confront them and get my service records it came to light that they had put my van under a false VIN for 3 years hiding the fact that the previous owner had some pre paid services I could’ve taken advantage of. THEFT……Literally! Stole $1,000.00 that was in a non-descript envelope under napkins, cleaning wipes etc. in the console. FLAT OUT STOLEN! Police are involved, but I got a real CYA vibe. No one was apologetic or wanted to preemptively address the situation, thus a police call. The officer was friendly, and had the same sense of the situation as I. feel totally ripped off by the Service Advisor, Adam Beckman. My Mercedes Sprinter went into "limp mode" 20 miles outside of O'Fallon. I pulled into a truck stop and they did a Computer engine scan. Truck mechanic said we needed a Mercedes dealer for maintenance. Adam Beckman at Plaza Mercedes in O'Fallon said if you start it 3 times and the "Check Engine" light will go out (wrong). I bought my first Mercedes here in 1991. My experience with service was always excellent until last year when my 2023 Mercedes PANIC STOPPED in traffic. My usual service reps had quit and I was assigned to James Fantone. I explained the frightening experience we had with the car the day before and HE SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR AN INSPECTION even though the car was fully covered by the Warranty.
