I came for regular maintenance on my Mercedes and Joshua was my service tech. He treated me with so much respect and cared about me every step of the way. I felt like I was in a five star hotel. I was given a ride to our other appointment during the time my car was getting serviced. I will absolutely recommend him and Mercedes to my friends and family
