I called 4 times over two different days to schedule service for the Benz & it just rings and rings after I get transferred to service dept. from the front desk. The receptionist finally asked to take my info and assured me they’d get back to me… well, that never happened. I’ve never seen a Mercedes service center that was difficult to call on the phone. Having prior extensive business with MB Manhattan, this is quite appalling level of customer care for Mercedes.
Job is done perfectly. It was easy scheduling an appointment and great customer service. Very happy.
I had ongoing issues from another dealership, and Ryan Cubidez completely turned things around. He was extremely thorough, took the time to address everything properly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. What stood out most was his honesty and kindness—he genuinely cares about doing things right. He’s a true change-maker in an industry where that really matters.
I gave Mercedes-Benz of Loveland multiple opportunities, but the service has been consistently disorganized and below expectations. The most recent issue involved my 2025 GLC 300 losing all screen functionality. Despite this, no loaner vehicle was available, leaving me without transportation. As someone working in the medical field, reliable transportation is essential, and this level of support is not consistent with what one would expect from a premium brand.
